Intro to SUP at Coffee Pot Bayou

Service Description

During our intro to stand up paddleboarding (SUP) class, we'll go over how to size your paddle, anatomy of a paddleboard and proper terminology, three different strokes: forward, reverse and C, and how to stand up on the board. Afterwards, we will practice in the water and enjoy a paddle adventure around Coffee Pot Bayou in St. Petersburg, Florida. Salty Buddha St. Pete will provide all equipment, if you select that option. If you'd like to bring your own equipment, a discount rate is available.
